Website and audit terms

Effective 10 August 2026

These terms cover the website and free audit. A paid service begins only after both parties sign a separate service agreement. That agreement will identify Cirracloud Limited and the client as the contracting parties and set out the governing law, fees, scope and liability terms.

1. The free audit

The free audit is a limited, good-faith search of selected public and publicly indexed sources. It is intended to identify possible unauthorised copies and suggest next actions. Rightsward may decline a request where the information is incomplete, the rights position is unclear, the request presents a safety or legal risk, or capacity is unavailable.

2. No takedown authority from the audit form

Submitting the website form does not appoint Rightsward as your agent, authorise any copyright or abuse notice, or create a paid engagement. A separate written authorisation and verified rights inventory are required before Rightsward files a notice.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that information you submit is accurate, that you have a legitimate connection to the named work, product, brand or rights holder, and that you will not use Rightsward to target lawful criticism, reviews, commentary, competitors or material you do not control. Do not submit passwords, unlawful material or access credentials.

4. Scope and limitations

Rightsward does not access private groups, bypass technical controls or guarantee that every public copy will be found. Platforms and hosts make their own decisions. We do not guarantee removal, timing, revenue recovery or prevention of future infringement.

5. Not legal advice

Rightsward is not presented as a law firm and the website, audit and administrative response service are not legal advice. Copyright ownership, fair use or fair dealing, jurisdiction and litigation questions may require independent legal counsel.

6. Confidentiality and permitted use

We treat non-public enquiry information as confidential and use it only to assess or deliver the requested service, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. You may use your audit internally and with your professional advisers. You may not misrepresent illustrative website examples as findings from your own audit.

7. Website availability and content

We take reasonable care with the website but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change the site, audit eligibility or founding offer. Any paid scope and price are fixed only in a signed service agreement.

8. Misuse

We may suspend or reject requests involving harassment, fraud, false statements, attempts to suppress lawful speech, unauthorised access or abuse of platform reporting systems.

9. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how information is collected, used and retained.

10. Questions

Use the website's audit form for service questions or the privacy-request form for data-protection matters until a dedicated service mailbox is published.
